    Nerpa Schedule privacy policy

Nerpa Schedule collects no personal information. This policy applies to every school, team, and organization setup in the app.

    Effective September 2026

    1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any information.

Nerpa Schedule does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not collect, record, transmit, or store personal data, including your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or usage data. The app contains no analytics, advertising, trackers, or third-party data collection.

    2. Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores only the schedule information you enter yourself—such as class names, nicknames, room numbers, teacher names, rotation details, and setup preferences—using your device's local storage.

    This information:

    • Exists only on your device.
    • Is never transmitted to us or to any server.
    • Is never shared with any third party.
    • Is visible only to you.

You can erase all locally stored information at any time by using Reset in the app's More screen or by deleting the app from your device.

    3. Third-Party Links

Some organization setups may contain links to external websites, such as a school's website, lunch portal, athletics page, or another organization resource. These links open in your browser or device browser. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites; information you provide there is governed by that site's own privacy policy.

    4. Children and Students

Nerpa Schedule is intended for students, who may be minors. Because the app collects no data and transmits nothing off the device, no personal information about children is gathered, stored on a server, or shared. Parents or guardians may remove all locally stored information at any time through the Reset option or by deleting the app.

    5. Data Security

Because all schedule data remains on your device and never leaves it, there is no server-side schedule data to breach. Your device's own security protections, including its passcode and encryption, govern access to locally stored data.

    6. Changes to This Policy

If we update Nerpa Schedule in a way that changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
